We work closely with our suppliers to ensure we create menus that champion the best of Sussex produce. Our meat is from the farm shop onsite, eggs from Sheffield park, bread baked in Glynde & Newhaven, milk from Ringmer, vegetables grown in Piltdown, coffee roasted in Wivelsfield, water from the South downs and apple juice pressed in Bolney
